How We Help:

We specialize in bespoke land, tour, and cruise vacations to Europe, Asia, Australia, Pacific Islands, Caribbeans, South America, Africa, and more. We’ve planned thousands of unique trips personalized for each client. We’re proud of our ability to make any of your travel dreams a reality.

Consulting Fee: 

As our services are in high demand, we can only take new requests with a $600 non-refundable, upfront deposit, per trip (not per person). Upon final booking, your entire deposit will apply towards your total trip expenses of $10,000 or more with us. This is the minimum amount for the entire party (not per person) and excludes airfare.  If you cancel your plans or book elsewhere, the deposit will be compensation for the hours, professional advice, and services already spent. Should you choose to work with us, we’re confident you’ll join our huge list of loyal clients.

Fees for single arrangements:

This is in addition to the consulting fee and if your trip expenses are less than $10,000 with Planet Hoppers.

• $50-$100 per person per flight
• $20 per person per train ticket
• $40 per car per ground transfer
• 10% for vacation rental
• 0-10% for hotels and resorts
• 0-10% for day excursions and activities
• 0-10% for escorted tours
• 0-10% for cruises
• 0-10% for travel insurance

Change and cancellation:

Policies vary by Supplier and are provided to you prior to booking. Once booked, an additional agency change/cancellation fee applies.
